Who we are

Seolyn (“we”, “us”) is an AI SEO service operated by Arisa Innovation LLC, a company registered in Hawaii, United States. This policy describes what data we collect when you use seolyn.io and how we handle it. Questions? Email sales@seolyn.io.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), or your Google/GitHub profile email if you sign in with OAuth.
• Site content — the site names, topics, descriptions, keywords, and articles you create or that our AI generates for you.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page-view counts on published articles and basic visit attribution (referrer, landing path) on our marketing pages. We do not build cross-site advertising profiles.

Connected Google services

If you choose to connect Google Search Console or Google Ads, we request read access (Search Console) or the access you approve (Google Ads) via Google OAuth. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to fetch your performance data or apply changes you explicitly approve. We never sell or share Google user data, and we use it only to provide features you asked for. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings, and disconnecting deletes our stored token. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI content generation — your site topic and keywords are sent to generate articles), and Google (Workspace email, and the optional integrations above). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication sessions. Our marketing pages load Google tag scripts to measure ad conversion when you arrive from a Google Ads campaign.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account (and all sites, articles, and connections it owns) yourself from the Account page in the dashboard — deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
