How can we help?

Answers to the questions we hear most. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out directly below.

How do I create my first site?+

From your dashboard, click "New site" and describe its niche, target audience, and (optionally) a few seed keywords. Seolyn uses that to generate a tailored keyword list you can review before generating any articles.

How does auto-publish work, and can I turn it off?+

When auto-publish is on, Seolyn generates and publishes one new article per day against your plan's monthly quota, picking the highest-priority queued keyword each time. You can toggle it off from the site's dashboard page at any time — existing published articles stay live.

What happens if I go over my monthly article quota?+

Article generation and auto-publish pause once you hit your plan's monthly quota. Your quota resets at the start of each billing period, or you can upgrade to a higher plan from your site's Billing page for more articles per month.

Can I edit an article before it goes live?+

Yes. Articles generated without auto-publish are saved as drafts — open any article from the Articles list to review or edit the content before publishing it.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed per site through Stripe's billing portal. From the site's dashboard, go to Billing → Manage subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Why can't I sign in with Google or GitHub?+

Third-party sign-in needs to be enabled for your account — if it's not working, use email and password instead, or contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Does Seolyn help with AI answer engines like ChatGPT, not just Google?+

Yes — this is sometimes called GEO (generative engine optimization). Every article opens with a direct, quotable answer and includes a structured FAQ section, which is the format AI answer engines most often pull from when citing a source.

I found a bug or have a feature request — where do I send it?+

Use the contact form below, or the feedback survey — both go directly to the team.
