Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Arisa Innovation LLC (“Seolyn”, “we”), a Hawaii, USA company. By creating an account or paying for a plan at seolyn.io you agree to them. If you're using Seolyn for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The service

Seolyn researches keywords, generates SEO articles with AI, and publishes them on a schedule — hosted on a seolyn.io subdomain or your own connected domain. Optional integrations (Google Search Console, Google Ads) act only with the access and approvals you grant.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• All plans are paid subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until canceled.
• Each plan includes a monthly article quota. Unused quota does not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which article generation stops. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but if something went wrong, email us — we're reasonable.
• Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You own the articles Seolyn generates for your sites and the information you provide. You grant us the license needed to host, publish, and process that content to run the service. You are responsible for the topics you configure and for reviewing published content — AI-generated text can contain errors, and you should not rely on it as professional advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Seolyn to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or spam designed to manipulate search engines in violation of their guidelines. Don't abuse, probe, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

No guarantees

Search rankings, traffic, AI-engine citations, and ad performance depend on factors outside our control. Seolyn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee any particular SEO or business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arisa Innovation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and significant ones announced by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: sales@seolyn.io.
